- Work with senior coaches to develop optimal individual solutions;
- Coach leaders and managers in their business environment;
- Apply the Prosperis methodology to coaching sessions
- Analyzing Data and understanding results
- Arranging client coordination
Skills/Experience
- Experienced business coach;
- Limited experience at consultancy preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Working within a predefined framework;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Professional demeanor;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
