Victor Kotze

Victor Kotze has over 25 years’ experience in business. In this time he was the Managing Director of various companies. He was also project manager for numerous multi-million dollar projects.

Victor started his career as an electronic technician in telecommunication and manufacturing before changing careers to ICT, where he worked in various capacities. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Management Practice (UCT – cum laude), Futures Studies (Stellenbosch University), Project Management (Unisa) and a master’s degree in business coaching (Stellenbosch University – cum laude)

Victor has been invited to address international conferences on innovation-related subjects in a number of countries such as Switzerland, Germany, South Africa, UK and the USA. He is rated by the South African Who’s who as one of the top 600 South Africans and actively supports a wide range of charities. He was also a lecturer in technology at the LGI Business Academy for many years.
